What changed wasn’t my life - it was my relationship with myself. I slowly reconnected with the core of me - the part that was once giggly, curious, and full of life but had been asked to quieten down, follow the rulebook, put up an act, and perform by worldly standards. I stopped trying to fit into who I was supposed to be and started allowing who I already was. Along the way, flow found me through - stillness, reflection, and especially through music. The Giggle Project was born from this remembering - a return to presence, playfulness, and honest living, without abandoning depth.Everything I share comes from lived experience and deep inner reflection. Much of this journey has felt like recognition rather than learning - an inner knowing being gently affirmed by voices such as Jain Philosophy, J. Krishnamurti, Sadhguru, Swami Vivekananda, among many others who explore conscious living. This space isn’t about fixing yourself - it’s about learning to live with depth and lightness.
